ACM Report

The ACM recently released a comprehensive report on "the issues surrounding the migration of jobs within the computing and information technology field and industry". The great thing about it is it's non-US-centric nature. It's long and I'm in the process of reading it. I think it's worth your time and must be read in its entirety.
